Lasagna is all about moisture management.  Give that some thought. Also, add some egg to the ricotta layers to give it some structural integrity. And a layer of spinach is both good and good for you (though, with spinach, see moisture management, above!)Bonus tip: the mozzarella is about quality, not quantity. Never use that pre-shredded stuff either since it's got other stuff in it to keep it from clumping.
