If you're hanging something—even something really heavy like kitchen cabinets full of dishes—to a wall, it's hard to beat a French Cleat. These systems are easy to construct using basic tools, can be configured to virtually any space, can handle heavy loads, and can be as simple as a single cleat or as complex as hundreds of cleats. French cleats are within the reach of even the most unskilled person using basic tools.
